God has blessed us greatly with so many children at Cornerstone! We take teaching them about God's love and His word very seriously as they are the future of our churches and communities. We want to teach your child Bible stories so that as they grow in their faith they will have the background knowledge to make applications and fully understand God's grace and mercy.
Children will be dismissed at the conclusion of the music as we pray over them, "Children as you leave we pray that you will experience the goodness and love of God." At this time you can walk your child to the back of the church where a teacher will meet you. We will watch a video of a Bible Story, play a game and do a craft. At the conclusion of the church service please return to pick your child up from the teacher.
We operate Cornerstone Kids on volunteers. We ask that all parents volunteer to teach one Sunday every quarter. The lesson is provided for you and is easy to follow. If you have any questions about Cornerstone Kids please contact Chelsea Furlow or email children@cornerstonelamesa.com.
